Our resort is a premium Wellness Centre – A LifeStyle Spa, where you can indulge in natural and holistic therapies modeled on ancient sciences and modern approach.
After checking into and familiarizing yourself with your beautiful room and the tranquil retreat surroundings, we shall welcome you with a relaxing full body massage and a fresh fruit juice to immediately kick start the retreat experience!
You will then be given an in depth welcome talk where our team of highly trained Consultants, Therapists, Ayurvedic Doctors and Nutritionists will introduce themselves and explain everything you need to know to gain full benefits from your stay.
You will also be given a welcome kit which contains a detailed workbook with over 100 pages of information on topics covered throughout the week plus much more!

You will also go through our ‘Signature 360˚ Screening Process’ which will help us to understand your body and mind and the efficiency of its functions better. The purpose of such an extensive assessment process is for us to understand you better and hence the retreat is customized and tailored to address areas of concern from there on.
Throughout your stay our Wellness Consultants will monitor and personalize the program on a daily basis to cater for your unique and ever changing requirements.

Our Wellness Consultants, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Doctors, Nutritional Therapists and Dieticians will be available over the phone or via email, prior to your visit to answer any questions you may have.
The advantage that you gain having lived with us is that, once you are thru with your retreat and back home, we help you with a 8 to 12 week follow up to assist you in trying to implement all that you have gained here at the retreat into your daily routine.
