Our resort consists of 15 Rooms which includes our Villa rooms, Garden Suites and Duplex Suites. Located on the serene beach of Sernabatim in South Goa, a secluded stretch of approximately 500 meters.

It is a beautiful quite place at Sernabatim beach(Right between Colva and binolim beach).. Just 10 steps away from the beach. The staff is friendly and Customer service is excellent. A must stay at South Goa.

Beautiful beachside property in South Goa! My family truly enjoyed the vacation especially the kids. This resort is right on the beach which is a plus point. They also offer Yoga, Spa and other Ayurvedic Wellness and Detox Retreats, surely plan on opting one of those soon. Kudos to the amazing boutique and service, cheers!

A beautiful oasis of luxury nestled on the calm Sernabatim beach is Beach House Goa. We stayed for 03 nights in August after hearing recommendations from a friend who had stayed with them in Goa in Feb 2022. We got a duplex level suite in the main villa. It had a big sized lounge on the ground floor and a gigantic master bed on the upper level (connected) by a staircase. We had a fab time exploring the quiet beach, sampling the food shacks and also taking some spa and beauty treatments at their spa. Fatima and Runu were very good. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us in planning our sightseeing, shopping and casino visit. They have an excellent wellness facility too with many lifestyle programs. Beautiful sea facing lawns. A unique and must visit place. Definitely recommended. Will tell friends and family.
